The location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by forest and conveniently close to a shopping mall and a supermarket. the staff is friendly and helpful in any situation. 🌲.

This hotel exceeded high expectations in every way, can just recommend. Appreciated my 2 nights stay. My room was both tasteful and big size with piano, the bedroom plus sofas. Having a hair dryer and bath sheets was a bonus.

The room I stayed in was great, even though I had to share the bathroom. In my room, I found a microwave, electric kettle, and fridge, which was handy. 🍳 it was cool that the place was right in the middle of everything.

Location: the place is conveniently located near a supermarket, making it easy to grab any essentials you might need. the area can be a bit chaotic to navigate at first, but it's all part of the adventure in discovering Finland! 🌟.

This place is situated right in the heart of the town, making it super convenient to get around. On top of that, there's a supermarket right next door, which can be a real lifesaver when you're in need of some essentials.

The fact that Heathrow Terminals 2 & 3 tube station was only 5 minutes away made it very convenient for us.

I absolutely loved the cozy and warm atmosphere of the log houses at the resort. The wooden structure and charming decoration made me feel right at home. The general areas of the hotel, including the shared kitchen, dining room, and living room, were spacious and perfect for socializing with other guests. As a senior, I appreciated the accessibility of the hotel with enough space to move around comfortably. It was a great place to relax before and after enjoying the beautiful aurora borealis.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the children working there could be more responsive and attentive to any concerns or issues we may have.

Traveling to see the stars and aurora, our stay at Kuukkeli was ideal. The remote cabin in the woods location was exceptional. The pool/sauna building was the highlight of our trip, with a chilly pool and cozy sauna. The apartment was spacious and charming, with a lovely wooden structure. The shared kitchen, dining room, and living room were huge and perfect for socializing. The staff was friendly and helpful.

We had an exceptional stay at Kuukkeli Log Houses Aurora Resort. The cabin was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a spacious living area. We loved the sauna and swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the nearby ski tracks. The location was ideal for cross-country skiing and we even got to witness the breathtaking aurora right outside our cabin. I highly recommend this budget-friendly resort for a memorable stay in Ivalo/Saariselka.

Although the amenities were great, it would have been more convenient to have a rental car for easier access to the resort. Additionally, the kitchen utilities could use some improvement.

While the check-in process was a bit confusing, as it was located in a supermarket with a disorganized office, we managed to find the non-representative in the bakery. However, this minor inconvenience did not overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this venue.

The cabins were well-constructed and maintained. The location was quite serene and peaceful, especially during the holiday season. The nearby winter activities were also a plus.

The heating system left much to be desired. The cabins were quite cold at times, and the insulation could have been more efficient.
